Leasing & Application

Plaza Museum District Apartments in Houston, TX offers one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans with high ceilings, modern kitchens, and private patios or balconies. 

To select your perfect home: check availability, select your desired move-in date and preferred lease term to view detailed pricing options and pricing calendar. 

Prices and availability are subject to change. Base rent is on monthly frequency. Additional fees may apply, such as but not limited to utilities, package delivery, trash, water, amenities, etc. Deposits vary. Please contact a representative for more details.

Lease terms range from 1 to 15 months, with flexible options for short-term or long-term rentals in Houston’s Museum District.

Month-to-month lease options may be available after the initial lease term. Please contact the leasing office for details.
Applicants must have a gross monthly income of 2.5 times the base rent, or combined income if multiple leaseholders.
Yes, one guarantor per unit is allowed if the applicant doesn’t meet income requirements. Guarantor income must be 4x the monthly rent.
Approval is based on income, debt-to-income ratio, rental history, identity verification, and background screening. No minimum credit score is required.

Rent, Payments & Fees

Rent can be paid online through the resident portal via BILT or WIPS. Money orders are not accepted.
Yes, 7% late fee applies on the 7th of the month and an additional 3% on the 10th if unpaid.
Early lease termination requires a 30-day written notice and payment equal to two months’ base rent.

Utilities & Monthly Charges

Residents pay all utilities including water, sewer, valet trash, and electricity directly to their provider.

Residents must establish electricity accounts in their own name and provide proof to management.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in common areas. Residents may choose their own internet provider.

Pet Policy

Yes, Plaza Museum District is pet friendly. Dogs and cats are allowed with a maximum of 2 pets per unit. Certain breeds are restricted.

$400 one-time pet fee and $35/month pet rent per pet, non-refundable, maximum 2 pets per household. See our pet friendly page for more details.

There is no weight limit. The following breeds are generally prohibited:

• Akita
• American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull)
• Presa Canario
• Chow Chow
• Doberman Pinscher
• German Shepherd
• Great Dane
• All Husky & Malamute breeds
• Rottweiler
• Wolf/Restricted breed mix

Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals. Lease holders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile. See our pet friendly page for more details.

Amenities & Community Features

Amenities include a resort-style pool, poolside cabanas, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, outdoor kitchen, Wi-Fi café, and package lockers.

Yes, all units come with full-size washers and dryers included.
Units feature high ceilings, carpeted and wood plank floors, central air/heating, stainless-steel appliances, and large pantries.
Yes, residents can use a business center, computer room, and lobby with coffee station.
The community has a resort-style pool, spa, tanning ledge, and cabanas for relaxation.

The neighborhood is at 1615 Hermann Dr, Houston, TX 77004, across from Hermann Park and minutes from Downtown Houston, The Medical Center, and local museums.

Parking

Assigned parking is available in the direct-access, multi-level garage.
Vehicles parked in another resident’s assigned spot may be towed. Visitors may park on designated floors with proper permits.

Move-Out & Lease Renewal

Residents must provide a 60-day written notice before the lease end date.
Renewal offers are sent via email ~75 days before lease expiration. Offers can be signed electronically through the resident portal.
The lease automatically converts to a month-to-month agreement, and market-rate month-to-month fees apply.

Tours & Office Information

Self-guided tours are available online; scheduled escorted tours may be arranged through the leasing office. Live virtual tours are not offered.
